Returns Policy
Stock Returns for Credit
Products may only be returned to Majestic for credit within 14 days from the invoice date, regardless of fault. If Majestic is not at fault and the customer wishes to return a product, the following conditions apply:
- Credits will be issued at the current market value of the returned products.
- Returned products must be unopened, in a re-sellable condition, and free from damage. Items that have been written on, defaced, or altered by the customer or their courier will not be accepted.
- Majestic only accepts complete cartons—individual items or partial sleeves are not eligible for return.
Approved returns must be received by Majestic within 6 business days of refund confirmation. If not received within this timeframe, the return will be declined and sent back to the customer.
Returns that fall outside these conditions may incur additional fees, but only if Majestic agrees to accept the return at its sole discretion. Majestic is under no obligation to accept product returns.
Warranty
Majestic warrants that all products supplied are fit for purpose.
If a product does not meet the customer’s requirements for its intended purpose, Majestic will either:
- Replace the product at no cost to the customer, OR
- Provide a full refund, based on the customer's preference.
